Sara Stevens been practising since 1994 in Clinical Hypnotherapy and has trained in other modalities including EMDR, Life Coaching, Creative Kinesiology, EFT and runs a busy practice in Leicestershire.
After receiving an Honours degree inPsychology and an MSc in Psychological Research Methods Sara and is embarking on a PHd developing better clinical evidence into the effectiveness of Complementary Health.
Sara is a BUPA registered Hypnotherapist and with the experience ofthousands of clinical hours of work in the field Sara can help you make positive life changes and deal with negative past experiences.
Sara works in all fields of Hypnotherapy and has done extensive work in helping people with anxiety andemotional issues by using a combined approach which can help you change safely and quickly.
