I offer help through hypnotherapy, psychotherapy or counselling with problems such as stopping smoking (high success rate of 95% along with free back-up session which is almost never normally needed),stress management, fears, phobias, weight issues, lack of confidence, anger management, relationship issues, low self-esteem, addictions, compulsiveness and many more unwanted behaviours and conditions.
The first consultation is free with no further obligation for the client.
I have been in practise for over eight years since gaining my two governing-body recognized qualifications.
