I am a fully qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner working in the Eastbourne and East Sussex area. I trained at the Internationally recognised Quest Institute in London. I offer sensitive, help for a wide range of issues including:
anxiety, stress, confidence, confident childbirth, weight loss, smoking cessation, phobias, fears and more.I use a mix of Hypnotherapy and NLP to empower clients to reach their solutions quickly and effectively.
I treat each person as an individual and planning sessions around their individual needs.
